- Single storied with a concrete floor (up to 2 bedrooms and one bathroom) - $445.00
- Single storied with a concrete or timber floor (up to 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms) - $495.00
- Verbal house inspection (single level up to 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms)- $310.00 (This is a verbal inspection only - no report is provided. You will still receive any photos of interest by email).
- Follow up House Inspections - $210.00
- Additional prices may apply to more complicated or involved inspections e.g. houses with monolithic cladding. Travel prices may apply to houses outside of Hamilton. Get in touch with us for a no obligation free quote.
Meth testing - Lab based testing (a simple YES or NO answer to is my home Meth-Free?)
- Methamphetamine screening (combined with building report) - $230 including GST
- Methamphetamine screening only - $270 including GST
