- Single storied with a concrete or timber floor (up to 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms) - $575.00
- Follow up House Inspections - $250.00

Meth testing - Lab based testing (a simple YES or NO answer to is my home Meth-Free?)
- Methamphetamine screening (combined with building report) - $250 including GST
- Methamphetamine screening only - $295 including GST
